On Tuesday 17th January our Year 8 students visited Brunel University for a STEM experience day. They explored various aspects and new innovation of science and immersed themselves in a virtual reality experience. They performed small experiments and attended workshops on climate change, and learnt about global challenges – with 17 virtual global goals during their visit! Upon their return, students wrote down their experiences to share their enthusiasm and knowledge of the STEM trip. They all reported the trip as a fun and interactive learning experience and expressed their desire to go back again next year.
